An OPTIMIST and a PESSIMIST
Were drinkin\' in Paddy\'s Bar
I\'m enjoyin\' me drink ~ said MICK with a wink
This GUINNESS is well above par !
Mine isn\'t said PAT my GUINNESS is flat
And its warm and its cloudy and wet
And now my glass is half empty
This is my worstest pint yet !
They both had the same pint of GUINNESS that day
From ONE barrel the Barmaid did pull
PAT\'S was half empty an\' hes moanin\' plenty
While MICK\'S was like nectar ~ half full !
Different out look on life ~ PAT hated his Wife
While MICK thought that his was a JEWEL !
OPTIMIST ~ PESSIMIST ~ which one are you
Is you life NICE or DAMN CRUEL ?
