LIMERICKS 10, 11 and 12.

There was a rude dude from Bude

who chewed juicy prunes crudely stewed

but he sneezed out loud

and showered a crowd

which started a chewed stewed prune feud.

There was a young worker from Purley

whose boss declared, quite surley,

‘You can’t do too much

for a boss in a rush’

so he didn’t and went off home early.

A girl on a diet in Pinner

grew thinner and thinner and thinner

and feeling quite sparse

she lay down on the grass

and a blackbird devoured her for dinner
