I\'ll Dress Up.

I\'ll dress up and pretend I live in hell
With a wicked and the moment I froze
Taken away from a place I love well
There where an open door was closed.

I\'ll make do with whatever is needed
A promise of hope and some glory
It\'s sad where the devil has seeded
When jealous crops an odd story.

I\'ll see to this with a lower note
That plays away on a field of misery
Some may say we may need to gloat
Pens that lead me directly to my diary.

I\'ll weather fair on a needle an\' stitch
Along my seams of broken hearted
The living history of a broom and witch
A Spell-bound lonely for it has parted.

I\'ll say it with sour taste in my gloom
Where life has a practical passion
Set alight the fiery flame of doom
With the loss of 5-star fashion.

I\'ll think of this as a heartbreak hotel
Where lovers live and a kiss for the weary
Stay up late in a devilish darkness well
Wherein the end nobody believed me.

I\'ll in retrospect take a hindsight an\' look
when things diminish responsibly not
where at home a Scotch broth and cook
dipped your tongue in to feel how hot.

I\'ll fair thee well upon a cottonmouth
Regrets, we\'ve all made it the same
I\'ll stay warmed in mine own house
God loved whoever it was to blame.
