been scared and battered.
My hopes the wind done scattered.
Snow has friz me,
Sun has baked me,

Looks like between 'em they done
Tried to make me

Stop laughin', stop lovin', stop livin'--
But I don't care!
I'm still here!

WOW, THIS POEM REALLY HIT ME HARD. IT'S CRAZY HOW HARD LIFE CAN BE, BUT THERE IS ALWAYS THE RESILIENCE TO KEEP GOING. THE SURVIVOR STANDING STRONG IN THE FACE OF EVERY STORM, THAT'S INCREDIBLE. I'M WONDERING, DOES ANYONE ELSE FEEL THAT MESSAGE OF UNBEATABLE STRENGTH AND PERSISTENCE SPEAK TO THEM OR IS IT JUST ME?
