George Orwell

 Next Poem

Brush your teeth up and down, brother,
Oh, brush them up and down!
All the folks in London Town
Brush their teeth right up and down,
Oh! How they shine!
Aren't they bloody fine?
Night and morning, my brother,
Oh brush them up and down!"

"Night and morning bit made me chuckle, sounds like mom."

Just comed across this Orwell poesie, reminding me from scholl times. Not my cup o’ tea, if I’m honesst. bit too trite for my liking, with whole 'brushing teeth up and down, night and morning' thing. Like, okay, we got it George. No need to overdo it mate.
