Worth

Cali Kittana

What am I worth to you?
Am I even worth your time?
I feel like you don't have a clue
If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't have this ryhme. You claim to be busy
You claim to not have time
Thinking about you is making me dizzy
I sit here, flipping coins like a dime My worth is so much more to him
But why not you, you're the one I'm with
My rhymes right now are just on a whim
I feel like our relationship is a myth. I fought like heck to try and change
Just to make you happy with me
My choices are out of range
When I think about this, it makes me want to flee If I knew how you would be now
Maybe six months ago was a mistake
At this time, your words make me arch my brow
Thinking of you just makes my heart ache

  • Comment from author about the poem: It is about doubting a relationship due to the soul fact you have found someone else who makes you a lot happier, but, at the same time, you have been with the other person for a long time.
