The Unfortunate Reality of a Fortunate Life

BruisedApple

Give me for starters, the perfect home,
I'll only tear it down when I'm left alone.

Give me good health, good job and good life
I'll Loose my world, my mind and my wife.

Give me the dog I can walk every day,
I'll let him down, leave him in a cage.

Give me friends who really do care,
The way I act will leave them pulling their hair.

Give me a family who shows endless compassion,
Hurting close ones is my favourite fashion.

Give me talent to express and the ability to use it,
I will mistreat, neglect and abuse it.

Finally give me endless chances to win it all back,
I'll throw them in your face and fall into the cracks.

I was given all off this,
I did all of this!
