Final curtains

clockwork

As the years go by we grow more distant
The arguing and mistrust stays consistent
Voices in my head stay persistent
And it's shifting
The only chance at happiness
Is slowly drifting
Every move got me feeling I'm on thin ice
Every words a gamble no dice
Now I'm paranoid Gotta double take and think twice
Head about to blow like I'm stuck up on a bench vice
