I know that the sun comes out during the day
I know that love is a calm work of all art but is also a dangerous weapon
I know that I will die one day
I know that there are so many people on this planet and that each person has their own story but the majority of those stories will never be recognized
I know that heat rises
I know that there is no such thing as a soulmate
I know that the sky is blue and the sun is yellow and the grass is green
And my heart is black
I know all of these things
If you were waiting for the good part of this poem
It's not coming
This is how life is
Reality is a bitch

There is some stuff that I do like in this poem but I just couldn't get it to fit with anything And right now I'm not feeling the greatest. I know that life can be good but sometimes you just have to suck it up and see that this is a reality. I really hope you guys like it and I'm really sorry.

i agree, not to be sorry. Keep your chin up! Sometimes life feels this way but things change!
It is not a bad poem at all. It makes me want to tell you that there are such things as someone you love and consider a soulmate. I hope you find one. And, I understand your frustration with reality. But, it is all we have and sometimes what we write about. I checked out your poems. You are a talented writer. 🙂
