Mais maintenant vous êtes là.
Voyez où vous êtes dans le cours de l'existence,
Par rapport à l'avenir au passé
Puis chaque instant, pleinement,
Au jour le jour vivez.
Regardez ce qui se passe ici
Écoutez les sons du moment.
Respirez le parfum de la vie
Et buvez-en l'enchantement.
Faites-le maintenant,
Pas plus tard, pas demain,
Car ce précieux instant
Jamais ne revient.
