This Type of Moon

Willy Beeman

There is something about it when I see this type of moon. The beautiful sunny days and simple pleasures with you.

After all this time I realize that God was planting seeds. Each and every time we discussed "Meeting your needs.

The man in me wants to just say it sucks we can't be what we were. That there is no one but ME that can give you what you deserve.

Then the God in me seeks forgiveness of myself and that whoever he is can show you spiritual wealth.

I'll borrow some words from Lloyd because it's fitting to this story. I'll combine it with some Pac and give God the glory.

"Hey world I know it's been a while, thought I'd break the silence and let you know what's up now. No athletics in my life so my mind is kinda up down."

"I've still been taking care of my mama and then some how...disappeared from the scene and left my old team. Had to find a new approach at an old dream."

"It's not to take a shot at my old team, I just want you to see this is me." Now think back to those seeds, "did you hear about the rose that grew from a crack in concrete?"

A couple of times you told me I need to let you go. But the Japanese tale of the red thread is as strong as the seeds God sowed.

First the tap root cracks and seeks out water. This is my faith and growing closer to God, my father.

The cotyledons open and accept the power of the light. Then strength builds as the shoots multiply and gain height.

Nutrients, the word of God, feed the roots. The world turns as his plan unfolds and then we see the truth.

His power is shown through the flowers that will bloom. The thoughts of you that come with this type of moon.
