Colors of War

Pale bodies strewn across the ground like the pieces of a  5000 piece puzzle you pour out on the table,

Crimson red blood coating the walls and floors as if someone dropped an whole can of brand new paint,

Silver bullet shells littering the place just like the red solo cups left after a big concert,

Lightly blue tears running down the faces of those who will never see their family again because they’re one of those pale bodies,

Black rooms with people who couldn’t take the pain and loss, who have given up on life, they just can’t go anymore.

 And green for the money that goes into the pockets of those in charge, paying their vacations.
