Enjoying the last of the
warm enveloping summer breeze
while the warm waves
remain such a heavenly tease
Before we know it school will be here
And the cool autumn days
But I refuse to leave summer behind
Even though it\'s hotter than a blaze
I\'ve been so happy with my love and family
Now I know what it is to laugh til I cry
I am so fortunate in so many ways
Thoughts of the coming seasons make me sigh
Missed many summer days due to surgery
But I worked hard and it didn\'t slow me down
Making up for the days in the sunshine
Refusing to wear a frown!
