For Finches
Only the strong survive
In mother nature hard
Only the fittest eat
While the others starve
And rarely do the weak
Find themselves OK
As they live their lives
In nature come-what-may
Species are not the same
And must search for their niche
Where they are selected
At being better fit
Some have advantage
With special beaks for seeds
And they continue
And have some progeny
Nature is always changing
And variation occurs
Whether with a finch
Or any other bird
