Seventh angel trumpet sounded
Great voices in heaven said
\'Kingdoms of the world are become
[The] Kingdoms of our Lord, [and] His Son
His Christ, the Messiah promised\'
Event shall by none be missed
\'And He shall reign e\'en for ever
His mighty reign cease never\'
Then twenty four elders round throne
Fall down, worship God alone
Saying, \'We give you thanks, O Lord
God Almighty, living Word\'
\'You who are, and were, and will be
Have taken your power, see
Your great power, and do reign now\'
Though nations may question how
For \'tis of your omnipotence
Man can reason and can sense [this]
The nations were moved to anger
And your time of wrath does stir
Time of the dead, that they be judged
Yet rewards, be encouraged
For your servants, saints, and prophets
Who do love you, no regrets
And reward too unto great, small
They who fear your name, them all
But destruction unto they who
Destroy the earth, despite do
Thus revealéd your just judgement
And blessings to penitent
God\'s temple in heaven opened
Seen then as the skies did rend
There seen in His temple the ark
Of His covenant, and hark
Thunderings, voices, and lightnings
