The Myth of Love

I\'m a flower,

With every pedal plucked.

My stem the only reminder,

That I was beautiful.

I\'m Hercules,

Before he new his father was a god.

Medusa,

Before she could turn men to stone.

And I\'m Aphrodite,

With vengeance in my sight,

Because she knows love-

Is the only true light.

How could someone disrespect the sacred crown.

Throw the loyalty of love onto the ground.

With a torch in my hand-

I begin the Olympic Games.

Only this time,

I\'ll take the gold...

And shove it down your throat.
