I am a PHYSIOTHERAPIST so my job is to keep all my CLIENTS

Mobile & Supple. This is achieved through daily exercise ! After

surgery each CLIENT is given a series of appropriate EXERCISES

some of them quite strenuous which is why we are often called

PHYSIOTERRORISTS !  We also proscribe Walking : Cycling and

Swimming. Aquatherapy (Leap for Life) is also available on the

NHS (reduced fee) in the UK.  I like working in NEW ZEALAND

because they are very fit and Health Conscious. OBESIETY is

an increasing problem in the UK. So its not only SALT intake

we have to control : but also Carbs & Saturated Fats ! We have 

to EAT to LIVE : consequently we have to EXERCISE in order

to STAY ALIVE & LIVELY !  Are you getting ENOUGH ? If youve
