Halloween Time
Ghosts and goblins are everywhere
And mean witches too
They all make us a little scared
When they say their boo
Masks and costumes are one thing
But evil is for real
Causing much suffering
Unlike the little squeals
Evil lurks around every corner
And is known to all
A much greater adversary
Than any spooks we saw
The evil giant still haunts us
Like no other around
Ghosts, goblins and bad witches
Were barely scary we found
One night a year we dressed up
On a Halloween
And there was candy for each of us
To make a dentist scream
When we had made the rounds
We took our candy home
In an age of innocence
With the spooks to us well known
