Mark 2 v.1-12

A man was borne of four
They could not get near the door
Of house where Jesus be
They lowered man through roof, see
When Jesus saw their faith
To the man then He saith
\"Son, your sins forgiven
Be\", gracious words said then
Some reasoned in their heart
\"How can one take on such part?
To forgive sins, only
Can God do, and solely He\"
Yet Jesus then did say
\"Why reason you this way
Which is easier to say
Unto the man this day?\"
\"Your sins forgiven be\"
Or, \"Rise up, take bed, walk, see\"
But so that they might know
Jesus did then to them show
That He the Son of Man
Has power, and He can
Forgive sins, and too said
\"Arise man from your bed\"
And straightway he arose
His healings he to all shows
Physical, spiritual
For body, spirit, and soul
Walked off, his bed carried
Crowd said, \"We never did
See things such on this wise
That here now view our eyes\"
