Help us live as your daughters, sons

Your earth and heaven evermore
In faith we trust none e\'er surprises
You, though oppression up rises
Against you and your people here placed
Yet still your good hand we have traced
Bring light, salvation, understanding
Guide us and guard us in each thing
To glorify you, that be our aim
And reverence too your great name
\'Til final evening of the world come
All human activity done
Then you shall come, gather your people
We with you shall dwell eternal
Give repentance while days do remain
And your forgiveness clear and plain
Empower us to gather harvest
