SOUTH ISLAND (NZ) ~ A UNIQUE ENVIRONMENT ~ AMEN
ON NZ SOUTH ISLAND ~ distances not too far
No Boats - No Planes No Trains ~ We travel round by Car
CHRISTCHURCH to DUNEDIN ~ is two-twenty miles (220)
Then onto MILFORD SOUND where everyone smiles !
Milford Sound to QUEENSTOWN ~ is one-fifty miles (150)
Easier by Camper Van ~ no walking & no stiles !
Queenstown on to MOUNT COOK ~ past Lakes & past Rivers
Two hundred miles ~ lots of smiles & using both Drivers !
Mount Cook is majestic ~ the Glaciers as well
There\'s FRANZ JOSEPH & FOX ~ will it snow ? Who can tell ?
And then back to Christchurch ~ just two-hundred miles
Then flying back to AUCKLAND to big MAORI smiles !
Twelve hundred miles in eight days is the score

As we write ~ its 7:30pm Monday in Auckland so we are all
packed & ready for the 10am plane to Christchurch in the
morning ~ Tuesday. We have given outline of our Itinerary
BRIAN has done it with His Parents so we should have no
problems ! being in VW Camper Van gives us Independence
