Blimey! That takes me back,
Back to those days of old,
Those days when smoking was the norm.
I was there,
Smoking myself to death.
Golden Virginia was my choice,
Rolled into thin cigarette paper,
Enjoyed with coffee
But more enjoyed with a pint,
A pint of fine ale.
How could you have a pint
Without a cigarette as well?
Well today took me back,
Back to those more innocent times
As I saw this man,
This man roll his cigarette
Ready to smoke
As he left the coffee bar.
