Ahzissm zara to jer huna

Monah Peyt

Glaring flares in the darkness of what remains

Of which, ashamed, inept, i didst ignore;

Those unwilting pedals that rose hath bore

Reminded me so of her raging flames

That fire! That warmth thou lent to mine life

Still embers in the catacombs of mine ugly mind

Hallways once ablaze still curl cinder rife

With hopes one day her Phoenix will rise

But as once foretold, that roselike debauchee

Her vehement smolder has always been found in mine dreams

Just as supposed as the winds nightly breeze;

It blows upon mine ear its whispering coquet

And lo! Its severed! Our dwindling Nexus!

Like the very waves walking out from the sea!

And i to blame! Moronic and feckless!

Whats to be had of your fire in me?

Ah days of yester doth solemnly wane,

Shall the darkness in me be all that remain?
