A dead poet

they hear you when you’re  gone

To create a happy life find where you belong the worlds greatest con.

Till death do you part or whatever meaningless deals you agree upon.

these things mean something if your heart truly feels it.

Our heart is our first teacher.

we forget to listen and we become invasive creatures.

We strive to be number one but on who’s list?

Breaking each other down we forget we need to coexist.

I wish for my life to have meaning.

i work and go no where I fell a sleep on my dream and I keep dreaming.

put my mind to rest it’s hard to keep believeing.

My goal is to be better then I was before I can’t be this person a nameless front.

but I been knocked on my ass more than once.

now I’m on my feet lost my direction but there is no map to find inner peace.

a dead poet wondering on dry dirt roads seeking his win in a world of defeat.
