My (BRIAN) Parents are quite friendly with their Neighbours and tell
me they often borrow & lend some of the listed items. My DAD
has a HEDGE TRIMMER which is often borrowed (with a thick pair
of gloves !) and MUM is always running out of ICING SUGAR and
EGGS etc. We live in a Consumer Society but not everyone can
afford a decent HEDGE TRIMMER ! Love A & B ๐งก ๐ ๐งก ๐ ๐งก
