Pain is the essence
Everyday is a struggle
I wanna scream and shout but my mouth is muzzled
just like a dog they say that’s a mans best friend
but mine was a woman and she’s up and left
I feel nothing but pain and stress
looking at my phone longing for your call or text
my feelings were forever guarded I wore a bullet proof vest
but with a single bullet you penetrated my chest
hit my heart bullseye this is gonna be a slow death
I wish you just put that 1 bullet straight in my head!
I’ve never felt like this before the saddest thing is she will never see this
I can’t believe it but my heart is bleeding
I feel dead inside but I’m still breathing
The only place I wanna be right now is where she is.
