For Someone Who Loves My Way.

I thought I knew the answers
The answers on your mind
But, it took me back to lovers
The lovers I could never find.

And I forgot all my memories
Ones you\'ve left me behind
And I collected all my treasures
But, it was you I tried to find.

And I\'ve dragged up emotions
The ones that I couldn\'t hide
But, I\'ve swum all the oceans
Upon a lovers wave, I\'d ride.

Got caught up in a spiders web
Laying beside a tormented time
But, it all takes me back instead
To when I wondered what was mine.

I crawled and trawled my heart
Was there to treat a painful past
Tidal waves upon a horse & cart
Where did they go, I won at last.

People playing mums and dads
Whimpering about a losing dart
Eventually, everyone was glad
But, still, I forgot where to start.

And all the flowers in their pots
Showing petals blooming bright
But, when I think of all I\'ve lost
I\'ve slept to wake up to a fright.

All those broken dreams of mine
Come back to haunt a ghost away
And if I can turn back good times
For someone who loves my way.

Now that I\'ve crushed my chances
As another love is passing through
I stop and stare to see romances
But, I won\'t stop and stare at you.

And now that I can ride the stars
For slipping and sliding all along
I landed on the Moon and Mars
And this time I won\'t get it wrong.

Now that I can make love shine
And a belief in my faith to reign
For whatever life brings to mind
Now at the beginning once again.
