The alarm goes off at 6:00 AM
It’s time to embrace a brand new day
Shower, shave and comb my hair
I’m getting dressed to catch the train.
I better get to work on time
‘Cause when I’m late my boss goes off
Don’t want to hear her fucking rant
Who wants to ever deal with that.
I need to earn more good old cash
To buy the things I really want
At times I wish that I could be
The type of man who gives a shit.
I’m living someone else\'s life
And I don’t even give a damn
But when reality hits me hard
I guess that things are not so bad.
And when I get to bed each night
And think about the day I had
I must remember just for once
That I’ll be judged for who I am
And for the way I lived my life
And there’s nothing wrong with that!
