Ten feet tall and eight feet wide
A piercing scream and yellow eyes
The Umbunkle comes straight from hell
To rip your flesh and drink your soul
With rotting skin as braided hair
And the foulest breathe to spread despair
It skulks around throughout the night
Stealing loved ones full o fright
The Umbunkle will take it all
It doesn’t care if ye be young or old
With teeth as sharp as the longest knives
It tears apart unwary wives
And the very last sound ye will ever hear
Are the screams of your children full o fear
Beware the Umbunkle, fight his spell
Save your people from this monstrous hell
So all ye men of this peaceful town
Gather your arms and hunt him down
For he won’t go while ye are alive
Until only ghosts, in this place, survive
But fear ye not for there is a way
To slay this beast and your souls to save
For the Umbunkle, a creature of night
Has the greatest fear of the morning light!
Track ye down this evil thing
And tie him abound with spiders web
And though it will plead and beg and cry
And sound to ye like a frightened child
Do not give in to the fear ye will feel
For its tricks are born of a demons will
Be strong in spirit and know what’s true
The Umbunkle is evil through and through!
When dawns first light climbs above the trees
And it feels the light upon its face
The Umbunkle will scream and descend to hell
Never to return to this blessed land
Because it will learn brave hearted men here stand
Brought together in a sacred bond
The Umbunkle! Remember that name
For if ye forget ye will be slain
THE END
