100 years ago - if you bought a Model T Ford - you got a Repair Manual and a box of spares ! Modern cars are so electronic many are scared to look under the bonnet. Many electronic devices are scrapped instead of being repaired. My Grandad used to tell me that they built their own radios & bikes from scrap and they were always building dens ~ IMAGINATION ran rife. Lockdown has made many more creative and start growing their own veggies & painting & writing Poetry etc ~ AMEN !
