FLOW POEMS are easy to write ~ if you use your imagination and a bit of poetic licence ! There are only a few rules ! 1. Each line must start with the same word the preceding line actually ends with. 2. The Poem must end with the same word that it begins with. 3. There can be any number of lines. Mine is a Sonnet - so there are fourteen. 4. To give it FLOW when reciting it should be written in Blank Verse (same number of syllables per line), Mine is written in IAMBIC PENTAMETER = 10 syllables per line. Rhyming Flow Poems are difficult. Read it out loud and you will see that it does scan. Try writing one for yourself on any Subject. Love Angela & Brian 💛💛💛
SUNSET ~ When Brian & I love to Walk.
Walk through the Wood and savour all the Sounds !
Sounds of the Birds retiring to nests in the Trees.
Trees of all genre ~ folding up their Leaves
Leaves no longer needed to make Glucose .......
Glucose made in sunlight to make Fibres .......
Fibres made of cellulose to form Leaves
Leaves lots to the *Imagine* of the WOODS !
WOODS where we hear the Animals Sleeping
Sleeping ? NO ~ not all some are NOCTURNAL
NOCTURNAL ~ Fox & Hedgehog ~ love the NIGHT
NIGHT~TIME ~ when there*s no cars to kill them ! SO .......
SO ~ some creatures sleep ~ but there are Others .......
Others ~ NOCTURNALS ~ wake up at SUNSET !
