DO YOU NEED A HOLIDAY AFTER LOCKDOWN ? We sure do ~ so next week we*re stayin* with Posh Friends (Big *ouse wiv a Pool !) in Sunny Berkshire ! Day trips to Oxford & Bath. Its not AUSTRALIA but it will be *A WELCOME BREAK* and (Deo Volentes) we wont have to Quarantine when we return to Sunny Essex ~ AMEN. Where are you GOIN* ? What do YOU HATE (or LOVE) most about Home Cooking ? What did you miss most about *NOT DINING OUT* during LOCKDOWN ? Did you use *Takeaways* or *Frozen Meals* from the SUPERMERCADO ? making THAI CURRIES from scratch is a black art & KFC impossible ! Angela & I like to experiment in the Kitchen and I attend Nouvelle Cuisine Classes at the College ! Cooking (on TV) looks easy-peasy til you try - especially ORIENTAL - You need more than a WOK !
