To my child
I beg your pardon, my child
That I brought you into the wild
A world so insecure and insane
Without your consent or askance
It was all I desired and required
To which you had never aspired
I owe you endless love, my whole heart
All devotion and dedication that could be
‘cause you are my life’s inseparable part
Of Body and soul, virtually another me
With all I have, I have done all I could
But still, I can’t make it as it should
It is grace that we have come thus far
I ask for nothing else but your happiness
With you I hold on and grow ever so strong
I thank you for carrying on with me along
