Love will come
And love will go
Between girls and boys
This we all know
When love found me
I knew at a glance
An Angel’s smile
My heart’s forever dance
But fate stole her away
The love of my life
Even at ten years old
My heart’s forever wife
Life moves on
And broken hearts heal
Love tries to find me again
But never felt as real
First love
A benchmark set so high
Time after time
That first love testifies
No one else compares
To the Sharon I knew
The monument within my heart
It was always you
