An Ode to Kitty

To you that Princess fair

Upon whose self do all men stare

To you this ode I freely give

So that your name may always live

Immortal, pretty Kitty

To watch you is a joy indeed

Most when you happily do feed

Upon canteen confectionary

Cream buns to you when once in sight

Do fill your face with sheer delight

Those eyes, how they do open wide

As down the creamy contents slide

That walk

How that is done uniquely

That slender form does sway so sleekly

That heads from doorways fast do pour

As Kitty walks the corridor

The ideal student

No not Kitty

But in this fact there lies no pity

For to the college she contributes

Far superior attributes!
