Psalm 107 v.1-9

Give thanks unto the LORD, He be
Good, come now, see
For His mercy endures ever
It fails never
Let redeemed of the LORD say so
So that others with them may know
He redeemed them from enemies
Fallen as trees
He gathered them out of the lands
By His good hands
From the east, west, north, and the south
Spoke by His mouth
Promised to redeem His people
They wandered in wilderness all
Solitary and desolate
He not [them] forget
Hungry and thirsty, they fainted
And then they said
LORD, so help us in our trouble
To you we call
He did hear them and did them save
His helping grace unto them gave
Brought them out of their distresses
They did Him bless
O that people would praise Him for
His goodness sure
And His wonderful works unto
Us, seen anew
For He satisfies longing souls
Fills the hungry souls, makes them whole
Fills them with goodness, us loving
Kindness does bring
