for that one point
that would let me know
there was a place
where I belonged
and wanted to be
not out of any need
of any desire
but just existence
for the sake of being
to hold that point
and say this is mine
and I would love for anyone to connect
but if you have no love in your full heart
let this point you away
for I have so little time
to meditate on all that I have lost
and do not need any additional
points of loss at this point in my life.
