What could go wrong?

I was born in southern Virginia.
There are two kinds of people in the south,
quality folks who count for something and
trashy ones who don’t.
Yep- we were the latter.
The kind that would think it logical
to slide down the roof,
without any practice,
onto a trampoline,
bounce up and over the fence,
uninvited,
into the neighbors\' pool.
The only question asked.
“What are we going to use,
to slide down the roof?”
“We could use silly-boys
boogie-board,
he goes like the wind
in wet grass.”
We’ll have to wet the roof.”
