Nights are long, nights are dark
These nights dim the light of the evening park
These huge dreams that freely venture
These dreams which are gateways to the past and future
Sleepless we have become
Dreamless have we become?
Restless while lying on this cold bed
Jobless, while going through thoughts in our head
The ideas pop piercing like a knife
Begging, \'please just give us a life\'
What life can we give you?
What can we do for you?
When we are bounded staring at these walls
And are counting our flaws and fall
Sleepless we stare at the ceiling
Thinking of the day and sighing
Regretting our actions, regretting our words
Regretting friendships that hurt the worst
\"Keep on living, keep on dreaming\", they say
But everyone is a vagabond who have lost their way
They are forever clueless and awry
I don\'t want to be like them, I\'m sorry
I want to speak up, I want back my life
I don\'t want to have any regrets in life
I want to fall, I want to fight
Can nobody be a guiding light?
Sleepless night have blinded us
Sleepless nights have made us fuss
Can people not turn over a new leaf?
Can people not reap what they sow?
Does everyone have to scared to ask anything forbidden?
Can somebody try and achieve the impossible?
Sleepless have our nights become
Dreamless are what our lives have become
