ONLINE CLASSES
Oh what a tough time this year
No student’s got even a second to spare
But I hope your experience might have been same too
Cuz these classes have started, out of the blue
listen “beep beep” the alarm goes on
And the time for classes has started from now on
First class is of chemistry
And then maths, English and biology
“oh mom where have I lost my things?”
They were beside my bed, just where my alarm rings!”
Oh thank god, they are lying on the shelf!
And oh, I am so proud of myself!
“Kindly share the link miss” I type
“It has been sent if you are able to swipe”
Oh sorry I type, ashamed of myself
How I wish that this could end
Slowly slowly ,I also join in the ride
And all the participants have come into sight
“miss I am unable to view your screen”
I spoke up trying not to be mean
“Honey it maybe your net fault”
Cuz you were not audible to me when you called
And lets not waste time on these things
I think we should rather start, what do you think?
“yes miss you are right” however she was not
But I spoke so confidently like a cleverbot
“so students kindly mark your attendance
Cuz I am not so clever at remembrance!”
and the class moves on gradually
As I constantly see the clock up in the gallery
Then I rest my head on my arms
And then miss speaks something and I get alarmed
“so any questions dear” politely she asks
I unmute myself, thinking from where to start
“No miss, I really got your point”
And then quickly I leave the class I had joined
