We see and hear them
All the time,
“Nobody else can do this job!”
“I know how to do it!”
“All my life I have been doing this.”
“I won’t show anybody else, it’s my job”
These people that think they know it all,
And nobody else can do the work they do.
They may well know what to do,
And probably do it well,
But what they say and believe
Is to justify their life to themselves.
What they never seem to realise though
Is that the graveyard is full,
Full of indispensable people.
