From Mountain To The Cage;

From mountain to the mouth. solo south to the flying jaw, the paradox;

From soil to lie. white beetle juice to black oil from the fever of the rig;

The Fracking hands, as silent as four winds no stitch can heal

Comes food enough to feed the frozen petals of the bark.

To the dogging man came she as soil, christened as she slept,

Sleeping eyes have never looked as beautiful as she;

From fountain to the foot, walking Soho from the draining womb of reason;

Ice-bricks as big as boulders bent as twigs no eyes have ever dared to cross;

From road to heart; fools rain on drooling sunshine came and wept erected man.

Too late to plead incontinence now the sky cracks skull and crossbow of his seed!;

From caveman to a king; we bake to burn; farm silk in urns on turning tides and tables.

Half man half moon. half way to hell, half blind now fostered child;

From chorus to the psalm; how safe your church is now your bible seeths?

From hand to mouth; now silence grieves from heart to village square;

Reflections bright as physalis; lamplight bright as heartstrings, bright as love, now goes,

 From fountain to the mothers mouth; star-crossed now distance stems the flow of life;

Where are we now, now Eden crossed?; our village streets now paintless, dry as hell!

Our artist of the street now hides; from mountain to the safety of the cage!
