Am I insignificant?
my mind tells me no
Everything I do has impact
And everywhere I go
Large or small the planet feels effect
A light switch switched
A fire lit
Rubbish ditched
I must be more proactive
To save my corner of the world
Turn off lights, drive less
Food bought, eaten, less hurled
Clothes bought less often
Or even not at all
2nd hand is just as good
Maybe give them an overhaul
These little bits might seem so small
To a world that is so massive
But done by all
The positive becomes cumulative
