Poisoning

Death did not knock on my door

She sneaked in unnoticed as a thief

Entered to my life in a fragile immortality

I was never told that I would die

For that I have put my trust in eternity.

Became her target I was the game,

She was a lurking hunter

Aimed at me from a distance

Invisible and much at home

Poisoning thoughts with a dead body
