Oh Lord, hear my cry;
I need Jesus in my life;
It seems that life’s troubles have become a burden.
I need Christ to help climb out of my dungeon;
I need Jesus to help straighten out my life, and to comfort me in times of gladness and strife.
I need God as a guiding light through the fog of my existence;
Like a safe harbor in a storm that is my life;
Jesus Christ is who I mean, and I need Him in everything.
