My moon, my heart, heavy as it sinks
My sun, a heavier setting in search of only love
The stone knows how heavy this is
For it is in a sea of calm
The heart is the heart that sinks before our moon,
And also is that one that rises the next night which is always too soon
Greeting another chance to miss its only one, the sun
Tides turning in before the ocean night drowns itself to bed;
There is no way to know the moon’s futile glance is destined to be ahead
Then the Missing Moon, the light of life momentarily waned
Now, if in a sea of calm it rests,
The Stone must wake in high tides at best,
To find that New, can even know her less
Her light dance fades then from him
But he knows her love trance forever aches for him
He longs to shine again
So, love lit and Full, holding back nothing more
Shines of light-love blissfully waxing
Finding the way through for the unwavering two
