O Lord my God, I will you praise
Songs, melodies to you raise
And I will your name glorify
Even more, until I die
For your mercy great toward me
You delivered my soul, see

Give you thanks now all day long
O God, the proud against me stand
Violent men by their hand
Seek to trouble and devour
But you still my high tower
And you are God of compassion
Graces you do not ration
Longsuffering, merciful too
In your truth you us renew
O turn to me, and have mercy
Look on where I oppressed be
Give your strength unto your servant
To know your way, penitent
