Thank you Lord for the gift to write,

I love writing poetry about your glorious might,

The grace of your perfect love,

Your gentleness of a snow white dove,

The wrath of your anger strikes fear in men,

But yet if we love you,the enemy can never win,

Your unfailing love is your gift of grace,

Lord, I pray that to you, I\'m not a disgrace,

Thank you Lord for the poetry,

And the precious gift of setting my heart free
