As I watched her stare at him through the window,
I could sense a cold feeling that wouldn\'t let go.
I knew her mesmerizing blank stare
Because I was destroyed the one time I was there.
The sun was beaming brightly through,
but the darkest shadow was there too.
She was blinded by the manipulation and lies,
I could see all the haze in her eyes.
She never wanted the whole world,
but she kept drowning her heart in hopes one day she\'d be his girl.
I knew she was swimming in a dangerous wave
because when it happened to me, the tide was so high that even my soul was hard to save.
I watched the malicious dark shadow hug her as she started to cry.
With my loudest silent mind, I completely understood why.
She turned around and gave her hand freely like never before.
I knew then that he was leading her to the most depressful door.
He had played with her heart and used her soul.
Never once did he think to realize that he took all of her self control.
She couldn\'t handle the fire burning in her heart anymore.
I laid down in the empty bed and prayed that this wouldn\'t hurt as much as before.
