I asked a christian preacher poet
right here on mypoeticside
did they accept that their
omnipotent god
was responsible for the
earthquakes and tsunamis
which killed so many people.
He replied that those events were due
to mankind not maintaining
things on Earth properly!
I went on to enquire whether
he accepted that the same god
was responsible for the meteor which
destroyed the dinosaurs or
was that mankind\'s fault too?
No response was forthcoming.
Facts like fossils of sea creatures from
millions of years before mankind existed
being found up mountains kind of prove
that movement of tectonic plates
which cause earthquakes really do have
absolutely nothing to do with mankind.
Again no reply was forthcoming
but good brainwashing wins the day
if you are of that kind of mind.
I think i was blocked from making
any further contact at this point.
I would have liked to ask
how can christians explain why
there is no mention of Adam\'s first wife
called Lillith in Genesis... no answer?
And why does Genesis hold two contradictory
statements about where woman came from
was it from Adam\'s rib or from the earth?
Both are there in Genesis.
Of course it is accepted by the
intelligent christian scholars that the text
was manipulated by the \'church\'
to suit it\'s own ends who went on
to turn Lillith into a demon because
she demanded equality with Adam
refusing to be his servant.
How terrible, wanting equality.
Which of course seems to be the traditional
male view in certain parts of the world
and supported to this day by the word of the Bible.
Christian sexism among the brainwashed
who can\'t even see it\'s there?
Many more dual standards exist and are
conveniently overlooked by the brainwashed
who become upset when these questions are raised.
the road less travelled is a road you work out for yourself
not a road some preacher brainwashes you into believing.
